Job Description:

The IAM/PAM Specialist will design, implement, and manage enterprise IAM/PAM solutions across hybrid and multi-cloud environments, focusing on securing access, enforcing least privilege policies, integrating platforms, and compliance governance.

Job Responsibility:

Manage IAM lifecycle
Implement federation across AD, LDAP, SaaS platforms
Deploy MFA, SSO, passwordless authentication
Apply RBAC policies
Configure AWS IAM roles, SCPs
Manage Azure AD Conditional Access, PIM
Secure privileged accounts with CyberArk, HashiCorp Vault
Automate secret management
Periodic audits and compliance reporting.

Requirements:

Deep hands-on expertise with CyberArk, HashiCorp Vault, SailPoint IdentityNow, and cloud IAM services in AWS or Azure
IAM lifecycle management
Identity federation across AD, LDAP, Azure AD, SaaS
MFA, SSO, passwordless authentication
Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
AWS IAM roles, JSON policies, SCPs
Azure AD Conditional Access, PIM, Identity Governance
SailPoint IdentityNow access certifications and reviews
CyberArk Vault, PVWA, PSM, CPM, EPM configuration
HashiCorp Vault secret management
PAM integration
Compliance frameworks (SOX, GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST).

Nice to have:

Knowledge of Zero Trust Architecture
Experience with DevSecOps and CI/CD integrations for IAM/PAM
Familiarity with AI/ML-based identity analytics
Hybrid cloud and multi-cloud identity management.
