Job Description:

This is for all the local Hungarian speakers who are based in Athens, Greece! Are you great with people, and perfectly fluent in the Hungarian language? Do you enjoy handling challenging situations and providing support to customers? If you want to take advantage of your previous working experience in customer service specialty and join a trusted international investment firm with offices in the center of Athens, then look no further!

Job Responsibility:

Act as the first point of contact for the Hungarian market
Dealing with clients’ inquiries providing live chat support
Performing personal clientele analysis and taking actions as required
Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with prospective and existing clients
Cooperating effectively with other departments as required
Contributing to team effort by achieving targeted results

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role
High adaptability in dynamic working environments & rotating shifts
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Client-centric mindset
Pc literacy & excellent typing skills
Fluency in English
Knowledge of financial terms
Native level of Hungarian
