Job Description:

TUI Dutch Caribbean employs around 150 people across the various islands. At the Curaçao office, multiple departments such as Travel Agency, Tour Guides & Musement, Customer Services, and Station Management are present. TUI Netherlands is the market leader in the Dutch travel industry and organizes over 1.5 million holidays each year.

Requirements:

Extensive previous HR leadership experience in a multi-tasked and fast-paced environment
act with confidence and communicate well, both verbally and in writing
experience of leading projects, and can prioritise and plan your time effectively
passionate about your own learning and development and of others
broad, up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation
able to see the wood through the trees, identify the issue and support the delivery of practical solutions
know when to ask for help, and own your mistakes
good knowledge of the local and the Dutch culture
fluent in Dutch and English, Papiamentu is a plus
