Develop recruitment and selection processes, including international mobility processes, in order to respond to the HR needs of the respective Divisions. Carry out the internal procedures applicable to the Human Resources area, namely, reception and integration, training and the performance evaluation process. Consolidate and prepare data to support the reporting and monitoring of the area's activity.

Requirements:
Higher education in Human Resources Management, Economics or Management area
Minimum professional experience of 3 years in human resources development area, namely recruitment, onboarding and training
Knowledge of SAP Success Factors and MS Office (preferred)
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Teamwork
