Job Responsibility:

Lead HR operations and drive continuous improvement for a dynamic team within a global manufacturing powerhouse
Execute HR processes with accuracy, provide exceptional employee service, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborate with HR colleagues and business leaders to optimize workflows and processes
Lead the execution of HR processes related to employment compliance, payroll, benefits, absence management, and employee data
Develop expertise in various HR operational areas and identify opportunities for process enhancement
Maintain and update the HR Operations knowledge database
Gather and report key HR operational metrics to stakeholders
Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional HR service to employees

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR operations, demonstrating proficiency in HR processes
Proven ability to deliver high-quality work with accuracy and attention to detail
Strong customer service orientation with a focus on providing excellent employee support
Working knowledge of HRIS systems and data management
Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
