The Human Resources Operations Coordinator supports the HR department and leadership team by executing and coordinating a wide range of operational and administrative HR functions. This role is responsible for assisting with internal and external transfer processes, supporting recruitment and onboarding activities, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements throughout the hiring process. The coordinator manages applicant documentation, conducts pre-employment screenings, and maintains accurate records in HR systems. Additionally, the role provides administrative support for payroll processing, employee transportation logistics, and occupational health and safety documentation. The coordinator ensures the confidentiality and integrity of employee records, generates HR data reports, and serves as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures. This position also plays a key role in training new hires on HR systems and processes, supporting communication efforts, and fostering a collaborative and respectful work environment.

Requirements:
At least 1 year of related work experience
no supervisory experience
high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
intermediate English proficiency (written and spoken).
