We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team in Clear Lake, Wisconsin. Job Responsibility:
Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational objectives and conduct regular strategic planning sessions
Identify and develop high-potential employees, implement succession planning, and address skill gaps through tailored training programs
Provide guidance to managers on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and performance management, ensuring adherence to company policies
Leverage HR metrics and analytics to drive data-informed decision-making and deliver actionable insights to leadership
Develop and implement communication plans to keep employees informed about HR initiatives and foster engagement
Conduct stay and exit interviews to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improving organizational culture and employee satisfaction
Oversee HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and functionality while generating regular reports on key metrics such as turnover rates and engagement scores
Promote organizational values and behaviors to influence culture positively and enhance employee engagement
Collaborate with legal counsel to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
Lead training sessions for managers on effective coaching, performance feedback, and team dynamics
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management or a related role
Strong knowledge of employee relations, HR administration, and talent management
Proficiency in HRIS systems and experience managing compensation, benefits, and onboarding processes
Demonstrated ability to conduct investigations and provide effective solutions to complex employee issues
Expertise in performance management and strategic planning to support organizational goals
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships across all levels of the organization
Analytical mindset with the ability to utilize HR metrics and data for informed decision-making
Comprehensive understanding of employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance
5+ years of HR experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business, or similar is preferred
