Job Description:

This internship will provide an exciting opportunity to work in the Human Resources department of The Ritz-Carlton Maldives Fari Islands, assisting with operations, recruitment, and engagement initiatives, while gaining hands-on experience and developing key skills in the hospitality industry.

Job Responsibility:

Assisting with day-to-day operations
Supporting employee engagement initiatives
Contributing to recruitment efforts

Requirements:

Must be a current college or university student
Passionate about the travel and hospitality industry
Strong communication and organizational skills
Priority will be given to Maldivian candidates to provide opportunities to local talent
