We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive HR Generalist to support all aspects of Human Resources and administrative operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment and enjoys being a key support partner to leadership, staff, and the HR function. Job Responsibility:
Coordinate orientation and onboarding for new employees
Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits
Assist with employee relations issues and conflict resolution
Manage filing, archiving, and documentation systems
Support job descriptions, compensation updates, evaluations, promotions, and status changes
Provide administrative support to Directors and the Administrative Team
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in an HR role (Generalist or similar)
Strong planning, organizational, and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and HR software systems
Self-motivated, reliable, flexible, and highly detail-oriented
Experience with unemployment claims, compliance, employee recruitment and onboarding, employee health insurance, and records management
