A detail-oriented and organized HR professional to join our growing team! You will play a pivotal role in processing payroll accurately and efficiently, ensuring our new hires have a smooth onboarding experience, managing employee contracts and offers.
Job Responsibility:
Process payroll deductions and ensure compliance with tax regulations
Prepare submission of statutory forms and Statutory submission to authorities
Prepare Annual Benefits - (Statement of Emoluments)
Oversee the monthly payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate payments for all employees
Address employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and other HR-related matters
Prepare and maintain accurate and compliant employment contracts
Manage the full employee onboarding/offboarding process, including collecting new hire paperwork, processing job offers, and coordinating orientation activities
Maintain employee personnel files and ensure all records are accurate and up-to-date
Stay up-to-date on relevant labor laws and regulations
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field (preferred)
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar HR role
Strong understanding of payroll processing principles and practices
Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) a plus
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
