Our client, a leading property management organization, is seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful Human Resources Coordinator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to support HR functioning within a dynamic and growing real estate environment.
Job Responsibility:
Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires
Maintain employee records and ensure documentation is up-to-date and compliant with company policies
Support benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and communicating with providers
Coordinate HR-related training, workshops, and compliance initiatives across the company’s property portfolio
Respond to employee inquiries on policies, procedures, and HR programs with professionalism and confidentiality
Track key HR metrics such as attendance, turnover, and performance reviews
Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping support as needed
Support HR Manager and broader team with projects and administrative tasks
Requirements:
1–3 years of HR or related administrative experience
experience in property management or real estate industry preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
experience with HRIS systems is a plus
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
