We are looking for a dedicated Human Resources Coordinator to join our team in Chandler, Arizona. This contract position offers an excellent opportunity to support key HR and administrative functions while growing into a leadership role over time. The ideal candidate will be flexible, detail-oriented, and eager to learn, with a strong interest in both HR and payroll processes.
Job Responsibility:
Facilitate new employee orientations, ensuring all required paperwork and procedures are completed accurately
Manage and maintain employee files, including orientation materials and review documentation
Handle data entry tasks related to payroll, benefits, and employee records with precision
Organize and track employee review schedules, insurance payments, and other follow-up calendars
Conduct audits of health insurance and 401(k) payments to ensure accuracy
Coordinate the preparation and distribution of employee-related documents such as performance reviews and benefits information
Assist with administrative tasks across HR and payroll departments, providing cross-functional support as needed
Support the training and safety programs by maintaining relevant documentation and schedules
Collaborate with team members to streamline HR and payroll processes, contributing to overall efficiency
Adapt to changing priorities and assist with special projects as required
Requirements:
Previous experience in human resources or administrative roles is preferred
Proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate records
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to adapt to a flexible work environment and changing priorities
Willingness to learn and grow into expanded HR responsibilities
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Familiarity with payroll systems and HR procedures is a plus
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
