We are looking for a detail-oriented Human Resources (HR) Assistant to join our team in Houston, Texas. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in managing HR data, maintaining records, and ensuring seamless communication with vendors and users. Job Responsibility:
Organize and maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards
Perform data entry tasks with speed and precision using PeopleSoft and Taleo systems
Scan and digitize documents for secure and efficient storage
Manage and update HR data in alignment with organizational policies
Collaborate with vendors and internal users to address inquiries and provide timely assistance
Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive HR information
Support the HR team with administrative tasks and special projects as needed
Monitor and audit records to ensure completeness and accuracy
Facilitate communication between stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role
Proficiency in PeopleSoft and Taleo systems for data management
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under tight deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with vendors and users
Familiarity with document scanning and digital records management
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Proven track record of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Solid organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
