Job Description:

As a Human Resources Advisor at IKEA Delft store, you will be part of the HR team and responsible for learning and development activities in the store. You will secure competence development and ensure excellent customer experiences delivered by engaged IKEA co-workers.

Job Responsibility:

Secure a great learning experience and effective learning delivery
deliver High Potential Programs that identify and develop talents and create future leaders
calculate return on investment of Learning Programs and link it with business KPIs and HR KPIs to Learning and Development KPIs
implement and localize global tools and learning offers based on needs
create, engage and develop a pool of competent facilitators for learning solutions
execute training calendars for leadership and competence development
report learning data
use digital tools and systems for learning delivery and follow-up
identify and gather learning and development needs from stakeholders.

Requirements:

Good knowledge of learning delivery methods and how to meet the competence development needs of both co-workers and leaders
ability to deliver High Potential Programs that identify and develop talents and create future leaders
ability to calculate return on investment of Learning Programs and link it with business KPIs and HR KPIs to Learning and Development KPIs
ability to implement and localize global tools and learning offers based on needs
ability to create, engage and develop a pool of competent facilitators for learning solutions
ability to execute training calendars for leadership and competence development, including learning data reporting
ability to use digital tools and systems for efficient and accurate learning delivery and follow-up
ability to network with stakeholders to identify and gather learning and development needs
high integrity and capability to build trust and relationships
strong communication skills in English and Dutch
ability to work on strategic, tactical, and operational levels
organized and structured with ability to deliver within deadlines
experience working in an international business environment
genuine interest in understanding different cultures and behaviors.
