Job Description:

We’re looking for a HubSpot Specialist to join our team on a short-term contract basis, supporting a client’s marketing, sales, and service operations. This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in the HubSpot ecosystem. If you're passionate about automation, data-driven marketing, and optimizing customer journeys, we’d love to hear from you.

Job Responsibility:

Manage and optimize HubSpot portals across CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub
Build and maintain automated workflows, email campaigns, and lead nurturing sequences
Integrate HubSpot with platforms like Salesforce and Zapier to ensure seamless data flow
Monitor campaign performance and deliver actionable insights to improve ROI
Create dashboards and reporting tools to track KPIs and campaign effectiveness
Train internal teams on HubSpot best practices and provide ongoing technical support
Stay current with HubSpot updates and industry trends to maximize platform capabilities

Requirements:

Proven experience managing HubSpot tools and workflows
HubSpot certifications (Inbound Marketing, Email Marketing, etc.)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategy

Nice to have:

Background in B2B or B2C marketing operations
Familiarity with integrating HubSpot with third-party platforms
Experience in optimizing customer lifecycle and funnel performance
