Job Description:

This role combines expertise in managing the HubSpot platform with front-end web development to enhance marketing operations and optimize user experiences. If you enjoy creating seamless workflows, improving digital assets, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams, this position will provide an exciting opportunity to make an impact.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee and maintain the HubSpot platform, including Marketing Hub and related tools
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize workflows and campaign execution
Provide training and ongoing support to internal teams on HubSpot best practices
Monitor the quality of data and system performance, generating reports and dashboards to drive business decisions
Integrate HubSpot with external platforms, such as Salesforce and analytics tools
Design and develop web pages, landing pages, and other digital assets to align with brand standards
Enhance user experiences through front-end web development using HTML, CSS, and related technologies
Utilize tools like Canva and Optimizely to support design and content creation
Implement solutions to improve website functionality and responsiveness
Stay updated on emerging technologies and HubSpot capabilities to drive continuous improvement

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience working with HubSpot, including Marketing Hub
Proficiency in front-end development using HTML and CSS
Experience with design and content tools such as Canva and Optimizely
Strong analytical skills to monitor data quality and system performance
Ability to integrate HubSpot with other platforms and tools
Excellent communication skills for providing training and collaborating with cross-functional teams
Knowledge of best practices in web development and digital marketing

Nice to have:

Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
