Job Description:

This role is critical for the optimization, and support of our SAP SuccessFactors (SF) modules across the South Asia region, ensuring our HR technology drives efficiency and a positive user experience.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and manage the deployment of new SF modules and provide expert-level ongoing support for all existing modules within South Asia
  • Ensure the successful maintenance and optimization of the HR system to effectively support and streamline regional HR operations
  • Proactively identify and implement opportunities to automate HR processes and workflows within SuccessFactors
  • Focus on improving data quality, accuracy, and system integrity across all modules
  • Track, analyze, and report on the regional adoption rate of SF modules, including user engagement, completion of key HR processes, and utilization of employee/manager self-service features
  • Monitor system performance, identifying and implementing enhancements to optimize system efficiency and improve the overall user experience
  • Manage and measure the effectiveness and timeliness of incident resolution for all system-related user inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Evaluate and enhance user training programs and materials to ensure successful user onboarding and competency development across the region

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated ability to implement and provide ongoing support for a range of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance Management, Learning Management, Recruitment, and Onboarding
  • Expertise in configuring HR systems (managing data fields, workflows, and permissions) and understanding system integrations to ensure alignment with business needs
  • Strong understanding of HR system configurations, including data fields, workflows, permissions, and integrations to align with business requirements
  • Proficiency in analyzing HR data, generating reports, and presenting insights to drive data-driven decision-making and process improvements
  • Proven experience in providing technical support to end-users, resolving system issues, and ensuring system stability
  • Knowledge of HR data privacy regulations and best practices to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance
  • Ability to manage allocated projects, ensure timely delivery, adhere to project plans, and manage stakeholders effectively
