This is an end-to-end HR generalist role/ business partnering role that will allow you to make a significant impact!
Job Responsibility:
Work with leaders across the business to drive HR strategies aligned with business goals
Lead some of the global P&C initiatives across the company ie rems, implementation of systems & new processes & business improvement practices
Provide guidance and support to team members and managers for career growth and development
Contribute to the attraction, retention, and development of top talent
Ensure a safe and compliant workplace while promoting health and wellbeing
Foster a positive culture, drive performance reviews, and improve workplace satisfaction
Manage employment relations and ensure a harmonious work environment
Requirements:
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field
Minimum of working as a HRBP for 5 years and experience in Australian legislation
Must have worked in a professional Services Industry and similar ecosystem
Strong influencing, negotiation, and communication skills
Proven coaching and mentoring capabilities
High commercial acumen and practical problem-solving skills
Demonstrated ability in workplace investigations and resolutions
Excellent attention to detail and time management
Strong verbal and written communication skills
