As part of our HR team, you’ll support day-to-day people operations and gain hands-on experience across the employee lifecycle. You’ll work closely with our local and global teams and get a behind-the-scenes look at how HR works in an international company.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support HR administration (contracts, documents, certificates, and data maintenance)
  • Assist in recruiting activities, including job postings and interview coordination
  • Help with onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Support HR projects and internal initiatives
  • Be a go-to support for general HR and people-related questions

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled as a student (e.g. HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or similar)
  • Interest in HR, people operations, and organizational culture
  • Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented working style
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
  • Very good English skills
  • Confident with Google Workspace
