Our Summer Internship Program is designed to give students early exposure to the crypto industry, working on real projects alongside experienced professionals in a fast-paced, global technology company. We are looking for a motivated HR Summer Intern to join our People team for a 12-week internship (June–September 2026). This role is ideal for students who are interested in people, culture, communications, and how internal messaging helps shape employee experience in a global organization.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support internal communications initiatives across the People (HR) team
  • Help draft, edit, and format internal announcements, newsletters, and updates
  • Assist with planning and coordinating internal campaigns, events, and engagement initiatives
  • Collaborate with teams across HR, Talent, DEI, and Business Operations
  • Help maintain internal communication channels and documentation
  • Contribute ideas to improve employee engagement and internal storytelling
  • Participate in team meetings, learning sessions, and intern program activities

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Communications, Psychology, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive, curious mindset with a strong interest in people and culture
