We are seeking a detail‑oriented HR Specialist to support our growing HR operations. This role will focus on employee relations, onboarding, benefits support, and HR process coordination. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and experienced using Asana to manage workflows, tasks, and cross‑department communication.
Job Responsibility:
Support day‑to‑day HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, employee records, and HRIS updates
Assist with employee relations matters by gathering documentation, tracking follow‑ups, and maintaining confidential files
Coordinate benefits processes such as open enrollment, leave tracking (FMLA, ADA, etc.), and employee inquiries
Manage HR projects and tasks in Asana, ensuring timelines, workflows, and stakeholders are aligned
Maintain accuracy of employee data and support reporting needs
Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling, communication drafting, and compliance tracking
Requirements:
2–4 years of HR experience (HR Coordinator, HR Assistant, or Specialist level preferred)
Strong proficiency in Asana for project and task management
Experience with HRIS systems (Workday, Paycom, ADP, or similar)
Knowledge of basic employment laws and HR best practices
Excellent communication, organization, and follow‑through skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
