We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Princeton, New Jersey. This long-term contract position offers an exciting opportunity to manage recruitment processes and source top talent for a variety of roles. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in full-cycle recruiting and a passion for connecting with potential candidates.
Job Responsibility:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract individuals with relevant experience
Conduct detailed interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit
Utilize applicant tracking systems to maintain accurate records and streamline recruitment workflows
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and priorities
Ensure compliance with corporate recruiting standards and hiring policies
Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize hiring strategies
Coordinate and schedule interviews, providing timely communication with candidates and hiring teams
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment efforts
Represent the company at job fairs and networking events to promote employer branding
Requirements:
Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing and hiring
Strong knowledge of corporate recruiting practices and applicant tracking systems
Ability to conduct effective interviews and assess candidate qualifications
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers
Knowledge of recruitment metrics and ability to analyze data for process improvement
Familiarity with sourcing tools and techniques to identify top talent
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
