HR Project Manager role to help shape the future of their team and play a crucial role in driving the organisational structure for their project over the next six months
Job Responsibility:
Recruitment: Manage priority roles end-to-end, from advertising to contracts. Ensure inclusive hiring practices and streamline interview processes
Onboarding & Induction: Partner with the Business Support Manager to deliver smooth onboarding and design tailored induction plans, including leading Welcome Days
Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate HR meetings and communicate updates to key stakeholders
Project Management: Oversee timelines for Phase 2 staffing and maintain strong leadership team communication
Requirements:
Proven experience in HR project delivery and recruitment
Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration
Excellent project management, communication and HR systems knowledge
Proactive, organised, and adaptable with strong leadership skills
