As an HR Expert within the international People, Organization and Culture team, you will drive impactful concepts and organizational development projects globally. This role involves coordination of re-organizations, managing HR projects, improving processes, engaging employees, and providing administrative support in a dynamic environment.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate and support re-organizations and change processes cross locations and countries, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication with impacted colleagues on business, central and HR side
Contribute to the planning, execution, and monitoring of various global HR projects & concepts related to organizational structure and development and HR process improvement
Enhance communication of HR and business activities, ensuring clear and timely information flow to employees
Provide administrative support to HR functions, including report generation, document management, and other tasks as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
3-5 years of related HR experience
Highly self-motivated and proactive, with strong problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
Experience working in a global or multicultural organization is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint, is essential
Fluency in English (working in English on daily basis)
