Job Description:

Provides a full range of HR support and program implementation activities across multiple businesses, functions, and geographies. Delivers programs and policies developed globally that are specialized for local or regional requirements. Acts as a consultant and partner in driving and implementing organizational design, transformation, change management, talent management, total rewards, workforce planning, and employee relations strategies and policies. Ensures HR programs are implemented based on business-specific priorities and legal requirements at the country level. Collaborates across the HR organization to deliver an integrated portfolio of services to all employees. Systematically deploys policies and structures established by HR functions while delivering differentiated solutions based on unique business needs, local market pressures, and the competitive landscape. Supports talent acquisition efforts of staffing and recruiting, and partners with mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and outsourcing (MADO) to ensure new employee integration success. Consults with managers and other stakeholders on employee relations issues. Interfaces with managers, employees, government agencies, and other external representatives in consultation and negotiations as necessary.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the employee lifecycle, onboarding, relocations, promotions, and exits
  • Maintain confidential personnel files in both digital and physical formats in line with data protection requirements
  • Manage monthly payroll inputs
  • Manage benefits administration and enrolments, including but not limited to medical insurance and other benefits programs
  • Support employee engagement activities and internal communications
  • Act as internal immigration consultant in all immigration and visa-related matters and lead the immigration transactions across UAE & Qatar to ensure compliance with immigration regulations for UAE and Qatar
  • Manage preboarding and onboarding logistics and communications
  • Conduct HR inductions and ensure completion of joining formalities
  • Manage the offboarding process end to end, exit formalities, clearance forms, and visa cancellations, etc…
  • Team player and able to build strong relations with key stakeholders
  • Support country audits and operation compliance matters
  • Provides basic level of customer support to employees and managers while collaborating and working closely with the HR HUB team to provide the best in class service
  • Supports human resources program implementation within businesses with guidance and training
  • Works with employee data to provide research materials used for program delivery
  • Develops a broad understanding of human resources policies, functions, and programs

Requirements:

  • First-level university degree or equivalent experience
  • Typically, 0 -2 years related experience in human resources functional area or HR Generalist role
  • Basic knowledge of human resources
  • Good communications skills
  • Good quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
  • Ability to respond independently to less complex inquiries
