Job Responsibility:
Lead and manage HR operations processes across the employee lifecycle, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and a positive employee experience
Oversee onboarding and offboarding programs, continuously improving processes to create seamless experiences for both employees and managers
Optimize HR systems, ensuring data accuracy, functionality, and insightful reporting
Collaborate with Payroll and Benefits teams to ensure timely and precise execution of employee transactions and updates
Develop and refine HR policies, procedures, and documentation to support operational excellence
Analyze workforce trends and deliver metrics, dashboards, and reports to inform strategic HR decisions
Coordinate with HR Business Partners on sensitive employee relations matters, ensuring timely and thorough resolution
Promote a customer-focused approach in responses to employee inquiries and interactions
Ensure HR operational activities comply with legal requirements and company policies, maintaining confidentiality and integrity
Partner with leadership and legal teams on audits, compliance reporting, and risk management
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
advanced degree preferred
Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in HR operations leadership roles
Demonstrated ability to develop and manage HR metrics and reporting dashboards
Expertise in HR systems, data management, and process improvement
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication, analytical, and project management abilities
Proven ability to collaborate across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels
Service-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
