Job Responsibility:
Ensure full compliance with Mexican Labor Law (LFT), IMSS, and STPS regulations
Lead payroll processes, labor relations, and employee services
Oversee Safety & Hygiene programs aligned with NOM standards
Drive recruitment, retention, and engagement initiatives
Partner with operations to support business objectives and workforce planning
Manage audits, legal processes, and government inspections
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of HR leadership experience in a manufacturing or maquiladora environment
Strong knowledge of LFT, IMSS, STPS, payroll, and labor relations
Fully bilingual (English–Spanish) is mandatory
Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
