We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our globally distributed HR team in Espoo, Finland. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various areas of HR operations, administration, and employee lifecycle support - specially as ICEYE continues to grow and expand globally (we are set to onboard 500 ICEYERs solely this year!). You will work closely with the HR team members and contribute to daily HR activities, documentation, and process improvements.
Job Responsibility:
Support the preparation and maintenance of employee contracts and documents
Help update and verify employee data in the HRIS and other systems is 100% accurate
Provide support in onboarding processes and preparation of onboarding materials
Assist in the administration of employee benefits
Monitor HR tickets and ensure timely resolution or escalation
Assist in drafting and updating internal materials
Support the creation and maintenance of internal HR knowledge base pages
Support the creation and formatting of HR document templates
Help prepare HR reports and data summaries
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) and GSuite tools
High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Discretion and ability to handle confidential information
Good written and verbal communication skills in Finnish and English (other languages are considered an asset)
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Previous experience in an administrative role or internship will be a plus
