The HR Intern will play a vital role in supporting the HR team across a range of activities, including HR administration, benefits management, employee well-being initiatives, recruitment processes, and organizational procedures. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment, contributing to the smooth running of HR operations and the overall employee experience.
Job Responsibility:
Assist with the maintenance and updating of employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Support the preparation and distribution of key HR documentation (Contracts, letters, onboarding materials)
Help coordinate HR communications and respond to routine employee queries
Support the administration of employee benefits programmes, including enrolment, changes and data analysis
Contribute to the planning and delivery of well-being initiatives, such as workshops and surveys
Assist with the review, documentation and organisation of HR procedures and files for consistency and compliance
Requirements:
Strong organisational and time management skills, with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Proactive approach and willingness to learn
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
