We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Denver, Colorado. This is a long-term contract position offering the opportunity to contribute to various human resources functions while supporting organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have expertise in employee relations, benefits administration, and HR systems management.
Job Responsibility:
Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations
Provide guidance on employee relations matters, fostering positive workplace relationships and addressing concerns as needed
Oversee onboarding processes to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the organization
Maintain and update HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) to ensure data integrity and efficient reporting
Collaborate with department leaders to support HR initiatives and strategies
Conduct regular audits of HR procedures and documentation to ensure compliance with legal standards
Assist with compensation reviews and benefits analysis to support employee satisfaction and retention
Develop and deliver HR training programs to enhance staff knowledge and skills
Prepare reports and presentations for HR metrics and activities to inform decision-making
Support the implementation of HR projects and initiatives that align with organizational objectives
Requirements:
Proven experience in human resources administration, particularly in employee relations and benefits management
Proficiency in HRIS systems and the ability to maintain accurate employee data
Strong understanding of onboarding processes and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to address employee concerns effectively
Ability to analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Experience with developing and delivering HR-related training sessions
