K2 Partnering Solutions is seeking an HR Generalist based in Japan to support HR and general administration activities across APAC, primarily covering Japan, Philippines and Singapore. This role will report directly to the APAC People Operations Director and is designed as a development-focused position; prior HR experience is not mandatory, as full training and guidance will be provided.
Job Responsibility:
Support employee onboarding, including preparation and issuance of offer letters, onboarding documentation, and HR system setup
Manage promotion, salary adjustment, and bonus-related letters and records
Support employee offboarding processes, including HR system updates and coordination with relevant stakeholders
Maintain and update HR systems and employee data accurately
Prepare HR data summaries and basic analysis to support reporting and decision-making
Plan and coordinate employee engagement initiatives and internal events
Collaborate with HR teams in the Philippines, Singapore, and India to support APAC-wide HR operations
Provide general HR and administrative support as required
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of administrative or back-office experience (HR experience not required)
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Japanese and English
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple tasks
Willingness to work in a global, multicultural environment
