Job Description:

Lead and develop efficient HR services in a dynamic, global organization. Join a stable and growing team, focused on quality and impact. They are looking for a skilled and experienced HR expert to lead and develop their HR services in Japan.

Job Responsibility:

Lead and develop efficient HR services in a dynamic, global organization
Oversee payroll operations delivered by an external vendor, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Lead the improvement and optimization of the Time and Absence Management system
Develop and deliver training to employees and line managers on time management policies
Consult and manage country-specific compensation and benefits topics
Collaborate with regional and global HR teams to ensure consistent service delivery
Provide guidance to managers on occupational health issues
Support key HR initiatives and projects

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Significant HR experience, ideally in payroll, HRBP, HR advisory, consulting, or employment law
Solid experience in payroll and time management (3+ years)
Strong understanding of Japanese employment legislation
Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English
