Job Description:

Lead the HR function for a dynamic, growing marketing insights company and build a high-performing HR team. The company is a leading provider of marketing insights, utilizing vast amounts of purchase data to offer comprehensive services from market analysis to strategy development and marketing implementation. Job Responsibility:

Develop and implement a comprehensive human capital strategy aligned with the company's business goals
Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and support in all areas of HR
Oversee talent acquisition processes, ensuring the attraction and selection of top talent
Develop and implement employee training and development programs
Design and manage compensation and benefits programs that are competitive and attractive
Manage employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment
Develop and implement performance management systems

Requirements:

8+ years of experience in HR, with at least 2-3 years in a management role
Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee development, compensation and benefits, and performance management
Experience with HR systems (Workday experience a plus)
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Fluent Japanese and business-level English (TOEIC 700+)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
