Job Description:

We are looking for a HR & Digital Training Internship based in Marseille – Château Gombert. Your main mission will be: develop new digital training content with the help of AI tools.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop new digital training content with the help of AI tools for the entire CMR Group
  • Manage and roll out the 2026 Skills Development Plan: Organize and monitor all training, including regulatory and job-specific training, for the Marseille site
  • Prepare the BDESE (Economic and Social Database): Participate in updating and optimizing this essential tool for monitoring social information for the Marseille site
  • Communicate about the Holivia mental health tool: Manage and regularly promote communication about this wellness platform for employees to foster a healthy work environment

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of training engineering desired
  • Proficiency with IT tools (Office Suite)
  • Good communication skills, both written and oral
