Job Description:

The Data/Information Management Analyst is a strategic professional overseeing data activities, problem resolution, and risk management in the context of database management and data quality. The role requires expertise in analytic tools, financial markets, and consumer lending, alongside excellent problem-solving skills.

Job Responsibility:

Manage database administration, data analysis, maintenance, data quality, and database management or architecture/design engineering
resolve complex problems or transactions
conduct risk assessments in decision-making and ensure compliance with policies
provide technical advice related to technology or operations
supervise junior-level employees and oversee processes or projects

Requirements:

6-10 years of experience
experience in a quantitative field
excellent analytical and practical problem solving abilities
solid understanding of the consumer lending market, customer life cycle, and P&L
experience in segmentation, modeling, and optimization
working experience in financial/credit card industry
know-how on analytic tools (SAS E-miner, Knowledge Seeker, SPSS etc.) and methodologies (regression, CHAID, simulation, etc.)
big data and machine learning experiences (R, Python etc.)
advanced English level
