Job Responsibility:
Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all documentation and procedures are completed accurately and efficiently
Conduct background checks and verify employment eligibility to maintain compliance with organizational policies
Manage and update HRIS systems to ensure accurate tracking of employee information and records
Ensure adherence to HR compliance standards and regulations, addressing any issues proactively
Compile and organize business review documents, providing timely updates to HR management
Collaborate with various departments to support HR-related administrative tasks and initiatives
Maintain organized and complete records of employee files and documentation
Assist in preparing reports and presentations related to HR activities and metrics
Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and support
Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and workflows
Requirements:
Proven experience in human resources coordination or administration
Strong knowledge of onboarding practices and related procedures
Familiarity with HRIS systems and the ability to manage employee data effectively
Understanding of HR compliance standards and employment regulations
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to compile, review, and maintain accurate documentation
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools
