Job Responsibility:
Manage day-to-day employee relations matters and serve as a resource to production leadership
Address conflict resolution and general employee concerns
Support high-volume recruitment and onboarding initiatives
Assist with benefits administration and open enrollment during peak season
Partner with leadership to maintain workforce engagement and stability during seasonal hiring surges
Requirements:
3+ years of Human Resources experience
Strong employee relations and conflict resolution background
Experience in high-volume or seasonal environments (retail or similar preferred
