HR Business Partner

• Provide guidance to front-line managers on performance management
• support front-line managers through the termination process
• respond to HR-related inquiries
• guide front-line managers through organizational changes
• assist the HRBP team with Workday tasks
• conduct exit interviews
• support key people programs
• act as a highly collaborative team member

• 4+ years of HR experience
• strong foundation in policy interpretation, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration
• confidence in guiding policy adherence, supporting termination conversations, and coaching front-line managers
• passion for building relationships with managers, employees, and cross-functional partners
• ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• strong judgment and integrity
• active listening and communication skills
• data-informed mindset
• experience working in Workday required
