As an HR Associate, you play a pivotal role in managing core HR operations and driving employee engagement initiatives. This position is responsible for ensuring seamless onboarding, effective grievance resolution, training coordination, and supporting organizational processes that enhance employee experience and compliance. The role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, along with strong communication and organizational skills to foster a positive and productive workplace.
Job Responsibility:
Manage the end-to-end onboarding and induction process for all new joiners
Facilitate feedback collection from new hires
Act as a primary point of contact for FAQs and queries raised by new employees
Support collaboration with learning partners to facilitate training plans and schedules
Assist in monitoring training effectiveness through feedback collection and basic reporting
Maintain detailed training records for both white-collar and blue-collar employees
Assist in the implementation and administration of rewards and recognition initiatives across the organization
Provide support for engagement programs
Maintain records and documentation related to recognition activities
Create and manage Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) for HR-related requirements
Monitor and follow up on pending payments
Digitize and maintain accurate employee records for all new hires
Uphold compliance with organizational policies and statutory documentation standards
Support HR operations by streamlining record management processes
