Job Responsibility:
Assist with daily administrative duties, including maintaining personnel records, processing HR documents, and updating internal databases
Coordinate scheduling for interviews, meetings, and onboarding activities
Support recruitment processes by posting job ads, screening resumes, and conducting reference checks
Help organize employee training sessions and HR events
Prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, etc.)
Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures
Maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive employee information
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
Previous administrative experience
HR experience is a plus
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
HRIS experience a plus
High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills
