We’re seeking a motivated and people-focused HR Assistant to join our client's growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their HR career who’s eager to learn, gain hands-on experience across multiple HR functions, and make a meaningful impact on employee experience.
Job Responsibility:
Maintain accurate employee files and HR documentation (digital and physical)
Assist with onboarding paperwork and system setup for new hires
Support offboarding processes, including terminations and exit documentation
Help ensure HR records remain compliant and up to date
Coordinate first-round interviews and communicate with candidates
Assist with job postings and applicant tracking
Help provide a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding
Serve as a friendly first point of contact for basic HR questions
Assist employees with benefits enrollment, paperwork, and general inquiries
Help resolve routine employee issues by partnering with HR leadership
Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed
Support internal communications related to HR programs or updates
Help maintain calendars, schedules, and reporting
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Internship experience or up to 2–3 years in an HR or administrative support role
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working with confidential information
Friendly, approachable personality with a desire to help others
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
