You will be part of a growing HR team based in India, supporting Zuora’s India site and playing a key role in shaping the employee experience locally while partnering closely with global HR teams. As an HR Analyst, you will work across teams, cultures, and functions, gaining exposure to a wide range of HR operations and shared services work. You will have opportunities to take ownership of processes, contribute to new initiatives, and help improve how we deliver HR services at scale. The role also offers the chance to work with modern HR tools and explore the use of automation and AI to simplify processes and improve efficiency. Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience managing core HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and HRIS data management
  • Good understanding of payroll operations and statutory compliance frameworks
  • Strong attention to detail with a process-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment, preferably within a global Tech, SaaS, or GCC organization
