Job Responsibility:
Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day HR inquiries, providing process-driven guidance to site managers and employees
Collect and analyze HR data to support reporting, planning, and strategic decision-making
Manage Employment Relations (ER) casework meticulously, ensuring thorough documentation and compliance with HR processes
Offer expert advice on employee relations issues, coaching leaders through appropriate actions aligned with employment legislation and company policies
Collaborate with managers on employee performance and capability discussions, reinforcing a focus on procedural integrity
Actively engage in site meetings, ensuring timely completion of HR-related action items and fostering a culture of transparency
Assist the HR Manager in implementing action plans from employee engagement surveys, driving initiatives that enhance employee well-being and satisfaction
Organize and support the delivery of essential training programs, from management training to employee onboarding, ensuring all processes are executed efficiently
Collaborate on specialized training initiatives, reinforcing understanding of employee relations and best practices
Aid managers in the administration of absence case management, ensuring compliance with occupational health recommendations and accurate documentation of meetings and outcomes
Oversee the administration of corporate HR projects, ensuring alignment with policies and thorough documentation of compliance processes
Maintain and update employee records systematically, ensuring data integrity and compliance with standards
Execute general administrative duties to support the HR function and maintain operational efficiency
Requirements:
CIPD qualified or part CIPD qualified is advantageous
Prior experience in employee relations advisory roles and administrative HR functions is essential
Proven ability to provide sound HR advice in accordance with company policies and legislation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required
