Exciting expansion across Westfield Group has led to a new position for a HR Administrator to support High Five Health Promotion in the European arm of our Wellbeing function. As a HR Administrator you will work within the global HR shared services team to support our European wellbeing managers and HR Advisors. As the first point of contact for queries you’ll be juggling the HR inbox and providing administrative tasks and advice where relevant. While this is for an initial 7-month fixed term contract there is possibility for extension.
Job Responsibility:
Daily monitoring of the HR inbox, providing responses and escalating queries to the right person
Monitor sickness absence, trigger follow-up actions, and support managers in the absence process. Maintain accurate absence records and report within HR systems
Produce documentation for disciplinary and grievance issues and attend hearings and investigations as support
Support onboarding of new staff by updating and sending offers, contracts and pre-employment paperwork, as well as facilitating induction bookings for the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium
Use your knowledge to recommend improvements to procedures, policies and systems
Support payroll for the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium when needed
Prepare HR reports on key metrics to support data-driven decision-making
Requirements:
Established experience as a HR Administrator
Good understanding of HR processes and systems
Excellent customer service skills with the confidence to communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the business
Proven organisational skills and strong attention to detail
Strong IT skills, competent in the use of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel and Word
Fluent in Dutch and English to communicate with our global team
