We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant to support our team in Morgantown, Pennsylvania. This Contract to permanent position offers the opportunity to contribute to essential human resources and administrative processes while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in all tasks. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Job Responsibility:
Support the onboarding process by organizing documentation and maintaining personnel records
Draft and review internal communications, including employee letters and HR documents
Safeguard confidential employee information at all times
Ensure accuracy by conducting quality checks on HR reports and data
Coordinate interview scheduling and assist with recruiting activities
Manage job postings and support candidate screening processes
Prepare regular and ad-hoc HR reports
Update and maintain internal HR resources and content
Assist with administering employee rewards and benefits activities
Retrieve and process benefit-related invoices and track departmental expenses
Requirements:
Previous experience in administrative or HR-related roles
Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for reporting and data management
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information
Familiarity with recruitment processes and HR documentation
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality
