Job Description:

Housekeeping Attendant position at Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort Port Douglas, part of Marriott International. Working within the Housekeeping Department reporting to the Executive Housekeeper, responsible for maintaining guest room cleanliness and providing exceptional guest service at this iconic resort situated between the Great Barrier Reef and Daintree Rainforest.

Job Responsibility:

Replace guest amenities and supplies in rooms
Make beds, remove dirty linens and room service items
Dust and polish walls and furnishings
Vacuum carpets and floor care duties
Ensure the guest's privacy is maintained at all times
Ability to work flexible rosters including weekends
Providing all guests at the resort with a superior, personalized and memorable experience by greeting and assisting guests with any query/requirements in a professional and timely manner

Requirements:

A warm, people orientated demeanor
A team first attitude
Attention to detail
Experience in similar role within an international standard 4 or 5 star Hotel (desirable)
Valid working rights to work in Australia
