Job Description:

Housekeeping position at AC Hotel Santiago de los Caballeros, part of Marriott International, focused on maintaining cleanliness standards, responding to guest requests, and ensuring a quality guest experience in a detail-oriented hotel environment.

Job Responsibility:

Housekeeping duties in hotel
Maintaining cleanliness of public areas and guest rooms
Ensuring guest satisfaction
Supporting team goals
Adhering to quality expectations and standards

Requirements:

Respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments
Identify and report maintenance issues
Post caution signs
Contact other departments for urgent repairs
Deliver guest requests and set up furniture
Remove items from hallways and transport to service areas
Clean, maintain, and store cleaning equipment
Follow all company and safety policies
Report maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries
Complete safety training and certifications
Properly store flammable materials
Maintain clean and professional uniform and appearance
Maintain confidentiality
Welcome and acknowledge all guests
Anticipate and address guests' service needs
Assist individuals with disabilities
Speak with others using clear and professional language
Support team to reach common goals
Move, lift, carry, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 55 pounds without assistance
Push and pull loaded housekeeping cart over sloping and uneven surfaces
Reach overhead and below knees
Visually inspect tools and equipment
Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects
Move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces
Move up and down a ladder
Stand, sit, kneel, or walk for extended periods
