Job Description:

The Guest Environment Expert performs a wide range of housekeeping functions with responsibilities for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the hotel spaces. This role ensures memorable experiences for guests by providing impeccable services and upholding The Ritz-Carlton’s Gold Standards.

Job Responsibility:

Delivering guest requests
stocking carts
cleaning rooms and public spaces
ensuring spaces in the hotel create a great guest experience

Requirements:

Ensuring a safe workplace
following company policies and procedures
maintaining confidentiality
upholding quality standards
ensuring uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional
being on feet and moving around (stand, sit, or walk for an extended time)
taking a hands-on approach to work (move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance)
completing other reasonable job duties as requested
