Job Description:

Perform preventative maintenance and cleaning in guest rooms, meeting rooms, and public spaces in accordance with established standards. Report serious maintenance issues, follow safety policies, and deliver quality service to guests.

Job Responsibility:

Perform scheduled preventative maintenance in guest rooms, meeting rooms, and/or public spaces
Flip mattresses, vacuum behind and underneath furniture, deep clean carpet, touch-up paint, dust, and clean bathrooms
Ensure all appliances are present in the room and in working order
Clean and replace light fixtures, and inspect grout and caulking
Maintain, repair, and clean all guest rooms, meeting rooms, and/or public spaces
Perform preventative maintenance on hotel equipment and miscellaneous minor repairs
Report serious maintenance problems, unusual findings, or safety hazards
Follow safety and security policies
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions
Complete safety training and certifications
Provide quality service to guests
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
Perform other reasonable job duties requested by Supervisors.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
Less than 1 year related work experience
No supervisory experience.
