Job Description:

Cleveland-Cliffs, Coshocton Works has immediate openings for Hourly Production Employees. The Hourly Production Employee will assist in a variety of tasks to meet production and quality goals in a 7×24-hour environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Operate equipment and perform tasks that support the operations of various producing units
  • Work with equipment, including forklifts, to handle, transport and process product and materials throughout the plant
  • Inspect and direct the flow of material to and from producing units
  • Support and assist in maintenance activities
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Must have a high school diploma or (GED) equivalent
  • Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Must be willing and available to work rotating shifts weekly along with working weekends, holidays and overtime as needed
  • Have a demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and the environment
  • Have the ability to read, understand, and follow safety, quality and operating instructions and procedure manuals

Nice to have:

A minimum of one year
